Murfreesboro attorney and City Councilman Toby Gilley is the Republican Party’s nominee for General Sessions Judge, Part III. He is on the ballot for the August 7, 2014 Rutherford County general election. If elected, Gilley would replace incumbent Democrat, General Sessions Judge Larry Brandon.
Gilley has served the citizens of Murfreesboro for more than 13 years on the City Council, focusing on access to providing a healthy environment for small business growth, safe and livable neighborhoods and continuing to improve education and recreation resources for the community.
Gilley describes himself as a “conservative Constitutionalist,” and as someone who as always sought justice in every case.
